John Franzino leads the GridSecurity division at GridSME—focused on security first with Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliance built in. with the backdrop of a Master of Science in Cyber Security Operations and Leadership he has hands-on experience implementing security controls in the field, conducting vulnerability assessments in production SCADA environments, network monitoring, and incident response.
More than 1,000 companies sell cybersecurity products to electric utilities in the U.S. and Canada. This project is designed to organize and evaluate these vendors, and their products and services, to make it easier for utility companies to make informed decisions on products that meet their specific cybersecurity needs.
