Lisa Crutchfield was the executive vice president of National Grid, one of the world’s largest utilities, from 2008-2012. At National Grid, she led finance, accounting, strategy and compliance teams responsible for revenue management, pricing, portfolio supply, regulatory affairs, risk and compliance.
Previously, Ms. Crutchfield was the senior vice president at PECO Energy, part of Exelon, where she Led regulatory finance, strategy, energy acquisition/portfolio management, government affairs, marketing, commercial accounts, economic development and external affairs. Ms. Crutchfield joined PECO in 2003 after a four-year tenure at TIAA-CREF, where she was a vice president.
Previously, Ms. Crutchfield was vice president of energy policy and strategy at Duke Energy Corporation and also served as vice commissioner, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
Ms. Crutchfield currently serves on the board of directors at Unitil Corporation and Fulton Financial Corporation
A graduate of Yale University, Ms. Crutchfield obtained her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1990.
